Notre rémunération n’est due que lorsque les démarches aboutissent et que l’héritier perçoit effectivement sa part dans la succession.
Comment sont calculés nos honoraires ?
Une rémunération basée sur le résultat obtenu.
Avant toute intervention, un mandat est conclu entre l’héritier et Maison Lignée. Ce document fixe précisément les modalités de notre mission ainsi que le pourcentage de rémunération applicable.
Les honoraires sont calculés uniquement sur les sommes réellement reçues par l’héritier. Ainsi, notre intérêt est directement lié à la réussite de la mission qui nous est confiée.

Les recherches généalogiques, les demandes d’actes, les déplacements, les formalités administratives ou encore les éventuelles traductions sont entièrement financés par Maison Lignée.
Si les investigations n’aboutissent pas ou si la succession ne peut être réglée, l’héritier n’a aucune dépense à assumer.

When the estate is settled, the fees stipulated in the mandate are directly deducted from the heir's share and then paid to Maison Lignée. This arrangement avoids any additional steps.
